The business was formed on the premise that the management of significant assets should only be undertaken by professionals familiar with the intricacies of taxation, trust planning and sophisticated investment strategies.
The business traded recently as PFP until Summer 2015 when we became part of the Ascot Lloyd Group, a nationwide independent wealth management firm.
Clients will continue to deal with exactly the same people and have access to the same professional services and solutions through Ascot Lloyd. The combined company will have much greater capabilities. Our experienced teams will benefit from the additional scale and proficiencies of Ascot Lloyd to enhance the services that we provide to corporate and private clients.
The ownership of our discretionary investment firm, PFP Wealth Management LLP, remains unchanged, outside the Ascot Lloyd Group, and continues to be directly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and qualified to the highest standards*, the group continues to provide the full range of investment services to both personal and corporate clients servicing clients across the globe from its offices across the country.
